Management COTS Sourcing Knowledge Product
SRS’ Knowledge Product (tools and content) is designed to
help enable and expedite client’s business case analysis, Industry Scan and
acquisition processes of COTS and integration and support services with
specific focus on CRM and Case Management Systems. The Product allows clients
to browse COTS and CRM COTS database requirements and implement each step in
the planning and acquisition process including selection of functional
requirements, nonfunctional requirements and Service Levels from a provided
database, RFP generation, scoring and evaluation and selection processes.
This SRS
intuitive application for creating, updating and managing requirements features
the following capabilities:

a library of industry
standard CRM COTS and COTS generic requirements and associated evaluation
criteria
2.
ability to
select required requirements and determine if they should be Mandatory or Rated
3.
Mandatory and
Rated wording available for each requirement

determine and maintain
evaluation criteria for each requirement

and weights to requirements, sections or subsections

special notes
(for internal display only) can be maintained for each requirement

ability to
determine if selected requirements would be service levels and if so, capture
