The
current version of SRS SourcingWorkbench ™ is comprised of the following
five modules that can be deployed and used independently:
1. Procurement Planning Module
This
module is comprised of proven methodologies and templates to assist in
developing the optimum procurement plan. Key Stakeholders interests are aligned
and converged into a sound all-encompassing, outcome centric, procurement road-map.
This road-map will act as the reference point and blue-print for the subsequent
procurement phases. This includes:

organizational readiness for successful evaluations. Key issues are discussed
