We’re pleased to share that Kirk Shaw has officially joined Strategic Relationships Solutions (SRS) as a Senior Partner and the SRS Executive Lead for the SkyAlyne-Canada FAcT Collaboration. Kirk brings over four decades of distinguished service to the Government of Canada, which has been marked by a career of collaborative leadership across a wide range of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. His experience includes senior roles in aerospace operations, certification, and digital transformation, each requiring strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and systems-level collaboration.
A former Colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Kirk led major aircraft acquisition programs, oversaw platform modernization efforts, and managed large engineering and flight research organizations. He later served as CIO for Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada, leading national IM/IT operations during periods of significant organizational transformation. Most recently, he led the Flight Research Laboratory and fleet renewal efforts at the National Research Council Canada.
