Implementation– Developing and Operationalizing Relationship Management and Collaboration Frameworks & Creating Mutual Value

  • Collaborative Convergence Process – The key to shifting the mindset

  • Developing and operationalizing the ISO 44001 joint relationship charter
    and corporate relationship management plans
